Using low pressure tips we down stream a 1.8% bleach plus a surfactant onto the house evenly, let it sit for a few minutes, and then rinse it with fresh water. Rinsing soffits clear of dirt so attic can breathe, and shingles do not overheat and break down. Process is safe for surrounding grass and plants; hot days may require pre-watering of vegetation. Mildew will eat through paint the longer it sits, once it goes from green to orange to purple, it is doing damage to your paint/ stucco/siding. For stucco, it keeps moisture on your home causing it to crack, so this service should not be neglected. This service is typically done every 1-2 years.

Concrete/paver pads, driveway, sidewalks, and walkways. Pre and post treatment on most driveways with a 1.8% bleach mixture to kill all organics and make sure they do not come back quickly. This process is safe for surrounding grass and plants and is typically done 1 time per year.

Includes screens and floors/grounds, and outdoor furniture. Starting the process requires pre watering plants, moving any mats or electronics, or cotton/bleachable materials out of the lanai. We then spray the screened-in enclosure from the outside with a 1.8% bleach and surfactant, then move to the inside of the lanai where we spray the screens/enclosure, and all of the grounds. We move plants and other outdoor objects as needed to clean under them, and generally use a surface cleaner on pavers/pool decks to lift any dirt., then rinse from top to bottom from the outside of the lanai first, then from the inside out. We also apply our mixture to outdoor furniture and cushions if appropriate. Service done typically 2-3 times a year.

Priced per panel, cleaned with a spot free stage 3 reverse osmosis system. We clean solar panels from roof or with use of a ladder, we use a BoarsHead scrub brush to clean the panels with our freshwater kit. Then we rinse the panels from top to bottom, this ensures your solar panel is getting enough sunlight to produce energy. This service is typically done once a year.

Involves use of a blower to remove debris/leaves out of gutters. Done from the roof or with use of a ladder, we blow out debris like mud, granules, leaves, and plants out of the gutters making sure that downspouts are free flowing. We do not bag unless requested to do so for an extra fee. We make sure all entrances and walkways are clear of any leaves after gutter clearing is done. This service is typically done every 3-4 months or as needed.

*Shingle only, no Spanish tile or slate*. Use of highly concentrated chemical to soft wash roof. Use of 5-6% bleach mixture with surfactant that allows the bleach to cling to the shingle and kill any organics on the roof that eat away at the lime in your shingles, causing separation of the granules off of your shingle, and into your gutters. Low pressure soft wash, continually watering any plants or vegetation/grass on all sides of the property. We also bag downspouts to catch excess chemical runoff. It is best to do this service in the cooler months or rainy season, it’s easier on both plants and your homes paint. Soft washing your roof leaves it looking like new again. This process is done typically every 3-5 years or as requested per HOA.

Removes permanent streaks on front/outside of gutters. Using special chemicals we can spray, scrub, and rinse the north to south black lines or “tiger stripes” off your gutters leaving them looking new again. This process is done as needed.

Stained or unstained wood decks only, handrails, furniture, or tables. Use of wood restorer/brightener. We spray our special solution to all sides of the wooden areas, rinsing with fresh water at low pressure, leaving the wood mold free and restored. This process is typically done every 1-2 years or as needed.

Service is priced per panel/ vinyl or wood fencing, use of bleach or wood restorer/brightener to clean different types of fencing. We apply the solution, allow it to sit for 10 minutes, then rinse with fresh water. Leaving fence restored and looking like new. This process is done as needed.

Spot free water fed pole system/ stage 3 reverse osmosis/ priced per window. Using a synthetic scrub brush or a BoarsHead bristle brush we scrub the window, casing, and frame, then rinse with the spot free water system from top to bottom, leaving a spot free rinse. This process is done typically 2 times per year, or with every house wash.

Sand and seal paver driveways/walkways using a Deco product called Silacast. We start by prepping the area, pressure washing it and getting it clean, making sure that it is thoroughly rinsed, letting the pavers dry, pushing sand from all angles in with a push broom. When sanding is complete, we blow any excess sand off the top of the pavers, then we begin pumping our paver sealer/restorer onto the pavers at 1 gallon per minute from a 12v pump, ensuring that you get a good and even application onto your pavers. Each 5-gallon bucket of product covers 600 sqft. This process leaves your driveway looking restored, nice and shiny, but not too shiny, all while not being slippery. This ensures the pavers stay level, clean, and tight. it also protects pavers from sunspots. This process is typically done 1 time per year. No matter what type of sealant you apply, the Florida sun will break it down within 12-16 months, best to do this service in cooler months or early in the day, the hotter your pavers are the more product they will suck up, ultimately costing you more.
